Teak Oil: Use Teak Oil for nourishing hardwood garden furniture. Lightly sand the wood along the grain and clean the surface with Bird Brand White Spirit. Shake the can before opening and apply using a brush or cloth. Work the Teak Oil into the grain and ensure to wipe off any excess oil after 15 minutes. When treating Outdoor Furniture it is advisable to apply at the beginning or end of summer and to leave for 24 hours before re-coating. Apply as many coats as necessary to achieve a good finish. Regular use will help prevent the grain turning grey and the surface splitting.
