A pre-filled bottle can be exchanged for an empty, keep in mind that the exchange must be like for like or else a new cylinder refill agreement fee may apply. When purchasing a new Calor gas bottle you must also enter into a cylinder refill agreement, which involves a refill agreement charge of £49.99 and the bottle remaining the property of Calor.
